Manuscript Submission

It is planned to publish the IFES 2010 proceedings in  a special issue of Ultramicroscopy to be guest edited by Professors Yuri Suchorski and Guido Schmitz.

The paper length is strictly limited to 6 journal pages for regular contributions, and up to 10 pages for invited speakers. Manuscripts are to be submitted directly through the Ultramicroscopy website.

During the submission process, when you reach  the "Article type" step, select “special issue: IFES 2010” to ensure that your paper is submitted as a contribution to the IFES proceedings.

Please click here for Instructions for Authors from Elsevier. These are the same as the requirements for papers submitted to Ultramicroscopy that are not associated with the conference.
 
Manuscripts for the Müller Outstanding Young Scientist Award must be submitted by Friday 4 June 2010. For further information on the Müller medal submission criteria please click here.
